SOLAR ROOF XS is a comprehensive system of engineered components, forming a robust, functional, and contemporary terrace roof or carport solution - designed with attention to every detail.

• Structure: solid aluminium profiles; maintenance-free; classic, clean geometry

• Glazing:
  – 16 mm multi-wall polycarbonate (UV-protected; maintenance-free; will not rust, rot, or peel)
  – or 8 mm tempered glass, securely fixed with aluminium lids

• Roof slope: standard 6°–11° (standard) - 21° (↑ ↓ ±19 cm/m)

• Sizes: custom height, length, and width (W x L x H, cm)*

• Support profiles: 110 × 110 mm or 139 × 139 mm; suitable for installing Gardenis wall glazing systems ALU-FRAME and ALU-GLASS

• Shapes: linear or angular; single-slope or double-slope; wall-mounted or free-standing

• Colours: dark brown (RAL 8019, structural finish), dark grey/anthracite (RAL 7016, structural finish), white (RAL9016, glossy finish); QUALICOAT powder coating; other RAL colours available on request

• Joints: stainless steel

• Rainwater direction: integrated gutter and waterspout system

Frame Colour Options

We offer three standard colours:

• RAL 7016, str.
• RAL 8019, str.

Other RAL colours are available upon request.

Accessories

For enhanced comfort, we recommend integrating additional equipment into the structure. Lighting, heating, and other comfort accessories can be purchased from your local suppliers and installed according to your needs.

SOLAR ROOF - XS structures are covered with enduring, high-quality, low-maintenance and 100% recyclable materials:

Advice: To select the most appropriate material for your ‘SOLAR ROOF,’ factors such as the position of your patio to the sun’s daily motion, the structural depth of the roof, the colours and materials utilized on the exterior side of your house, your overall budget, and the feedback from our designers must all be carefully considered.

    IMPORTANT: Installation of Polycarbonate Sheets

We ensure that all ends of the polycarbonate sheets are firmly secured. We firmly apply an aluminium strip to the top edge and close the lower edge of the sheet with air-permeable tape and an aluminium profile.

This closure method allows the polycarbonate sheet to maintain its aesthetic properties and not get dirty over time.

Additionally, we use aluminium strips to fasten the sheets onto the construction frame tightly. Polycarbonate panels fastened this way are not damaged; moisture, microorganisms, or dust do not accumulate inside the channels. If necessary, a polycarbonate sheet fastened using the technique is also straightforward to replace.

 

All SOLAR ROOF structures are designed for easy assembly. All structural components and mounting elements are prepared during production, allowing customers to assemble the structure themselves. A detailed installation manual is included in the package. Patio covers should not be installed on slate or other fragile facade materials.
