Assesment of Aluminum Structures Manufacturing Quality Control

On December 3, 2024, UAB 'Gardenis' successfully completed its annual external audit conducted by independent international experts.

The main objective of the audit was to determine whether the company's manufacturing processes and products comply with the requirements of international standards:

• EN 1090-1: Requirements for Steel and Aluminum Structures, Part 1 – Conformity Assessment.
  This standard regulates the quality control processes for the production of steel and aluminium structures, from design through to final evaluation.
• EN 1090-3: Requirements for Steel and Aluminum Structures, Part 3 – Aluminum Structures.
  This standard specifically applies to the production of aluminium structures, ensuring their safety, durability, and technical parameters.

During the audit, the company’s documents, manufacturing processes, and production environment were inspected. The auditors’ conclusion was clear – all the standard requirements are fully and effectively implemented. The certifications have been extended for another three years until the next scheduled audit. The certification has been renewed annually since 2017.
